When you submit a project enquiry we request your name, email address, optional company name, project description, budget preference and timeline. If you use the project advisor, any details you choose to include in an enquiry may be submitted with it.
Why it is collected
To review your request, contact you about possible services and maintain a record of the enquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment card information, patient records or other sensitive personal information in your message.
Storage and notifications
Submitted enquiries are stored on the website server. The website operator may configure an email delivery provider to receive a notification. Access to enquiry records is restricted to an administrator. Hosting and retention arrangements must be finalized and reviewed before a public launch.
AI features
The instant project guide uses browser-side suggestions. If live AI is enabled by the website operator, text entered into an AI interaction is sent to the configured AI provider through the server to generate a response. Avoid sharing confidential or sensitive personal data through the assistant.
Career applications
If you submit a career application, we collect your name, email, professional background, optional portfolio link, location, message and the résumé you upload. We use this information to review possible recruitment or project collaboration opportunities. Résumés are stored in a non-public server directory and, if email delivery is configured, sent to the recruitment inbox at we@wesolves.com. Access is restricted to authorized staff. We do not promise an employment opportunity or response. Before publishing this site, the operator must finalize application retention and deletion periods, secure file-handling policies and third-party processor disclosures.
Your choices
You can explore publicly available pages without creating an account. You can choose not to submit an enquiry. For questions about an enquiry or its removal, use the website contact form and include the reference number where possible. The operator must establish a verified business contact address and specific retention policy before production launch.
